Paws & Peace: Kato’s Cool Summer Getaway at Hounds Hotels

Summer is officially in full swing, and here at Hounds Hotels, we’ve been keeping our cool and enjoying some wonderful company. This week, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting a two-night stay for one of our absolute favorites: the wonderful Kato!

Here’s a little recap of how this charming pup spent his mini-vacation with us.

Day1 : Fresh Cuts & Cool Corridors

Right from the moment he stepped through the door, Kato was turning heads. He arrived sporting a brand-new summer haircut and looking incredibly dapper!

If you know Kato, you know he is most definitely our most relaxed resident. No matter the hustle and bustle, he just radiates a calm, sweet energy. We are always so impressed by his deeply loving nature; he’s a massive fan of lean-ins and gentle nudges for affection.

Because it was a bit of a scorcher, we had the heavy-duty fans running to keep the place breezy. Kato, being the clever boy he is, immediately assessed the situation and made a strategic beeline for the absolute coolest place in all of Hounds Hotels: the corridor. He spent his afternoon stretched out on the cool floor, living his absolute best life.

The Evening Plan: when the sun stars to go down and the temperature drops , we are  heading out for a beautiful evening walk to the river. We are all looking forward to it.
